New remote move request option is not available in EMC

Symptoms

Occasionally, when you right-click a user mailbox in EMC, the Remote Move Request action is not available for selection. This sometimes occurs after a previous failed mailbox move.


Resolution

Open ADSIEDIT.MSC, drill down to the problem user and clear the ‘msExchMailboxMoveRemoteHostName’ attribute.
